What Time Can I Drop Off & Collect?

Holiday Camps & Childcare Sign In/Drop Off

1. 8:00am - 9:15am
2. We want to have as little numbers inside the venue as possible. For these reason we will be operating strict drop off times.
3. When you arrive we ask parents to wait outside the venue in an open space on one of the markers provided. You will be instructed by the lead staff member on site. 
4. We strictly ask all parents to arrive no earlier than 8:00am and no later than 9:15am.
5. We believe this will provide enough time so there isn't a standing queue, we have considered staggered times, however analysed our sign in data this may create a queue which may be avoidable. 
6. At 9:20 the lead coach will go inside and no further children will be signed in.
7. If you download our Procare Connect App (formally Kinderlime), which you will get an invite to download before attending, you will be able to do a contactless sign in/out at the venue using your phone to scan a QR code. A demo will be issued so this is clear for everyone.
8. If you aren’t able to download the app lead coach will ask for your sign in pin and enter this into the system.
9. Your child will then make their way through to the hall with the coach.
10. We ask all parents to comply with social distancing outside the facility and depart from the venue when your child/children have been signed in.

1. 4:00pm - 6:00pm
